These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Creators Money Management ("CMM") website (www.creatorsmoneymanagement.com, www.creatorsmm.com) and services. By accessing our site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

CMM provides tools and services such as cash flow management, investment portfolio design, tax mitigation strategies, estate planning, business optimization, and insurance strategies. We act as a liaison between clients and service professionals (e.g., lawyers, accountants, insurance providers) and work with preferred partners to ensure the best fit for your needs. CMM is a fee-only service provider and does not receive commissions.

2. Prohibited Use

Users may not:

  • Resell or redistribute digital products, including workbooks and materials purchased from our site.

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute proprietary content without written permission from CMM.

 

3. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase or upon rendering of services. Payment methods include PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • Refunds: No refunds are offered for services rendered or digital products, as these are non-returnable once downloaded.

  • Issues with preferred partners: Refunds for services provided by third-party partners (e.g., lawyers or accountants) must be addressed directly with them. CMM will assist if services were not fairly rendered.

 

4. Disclaimers

  • Workbooks and tools provided by CMM are for guidance only and do not constitute financial advice. Users must engage a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) through a signed agreement for personalized financial advice.

  • CMM assumes no liability for decisions made based on our tools, online calculators, workbooks, textbooks, or educational content.

 

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable nationwide standards.

 

6. Termination

CMM reserves the right to terminate access to services for any reason, including but not limited to non-collaborative behavior, failure to provide necessary materials, or abuse.
